We want to be your favorite wholesale supplier. We work hard to treat you the way we like to be treated, and to have what we sell. If you ever are not completely satisfied with the products or experience with our company we will make it right!

Satisfaction Guaranteed! We supply the best quality products; however, if you receive an unsatisfactory product from us please notify our customer service department immediately. We will replace it or refund your money within 30 days of the invoice date. Before returning any products, please contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization and a return address. Buyer may be responsible for return freight charges when products are not defective. Our staff is standing by to take your order and answer any questions you may have about our products or services. Don’t hesitate to call or email our Customer Service Department for any reason. We have a reputation of great customer service.

Method of Payment: We accept Pay Pal, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Credit card orders online are secure. We do not accept orders with COD terms or payments sent in advance. Our terms for large Wholesale for credit-approval are Net 30 Days. Customers requesting Net 30 terms should contact our Credit Department at 18447445243. We use Dun & Bradstreet and other recognized reporting agencies for credit information. Merchandise will not be shipped to an account more than 15 days past due and finance charges of 1-1/2% per month will be assessed on all past due accounts. A $20 charge per occurrence will be assessed on all returned checks and account status may be changed to credit card only.

Ordering/Shipping (USA): We ship via FedEx Ground, within the 50 contiguous states except for alaska and hawai. Orders shipped outside the 50 contiguous states into AK, HI and all US Territories (with the exception of Guam which is handled as International) are shipped by FedEx, depending on the level of service you require. Air express service is available via FedEx, however payment of order and freight charges must be secured in advance via credit card. All other orders are shipped freight prepaid, FCA Destination. Buyer agrees to pay all freight charges on orders.

Ordering By Fax or Mail: Ordering by fax or via mail is not recommended since we cannot give you accurate totals or let you know the availability of the products you have ordered. Secure online ordering is available directly on our web site. Faxed or mailed in orders cannot be held to our normal service goals for 24 hour shipment. Incomplete information may delay shipment of your order. If you order by fax or mail please give us good contact information and use our order form if possible.
